Do you ship to destinations outside the Netherlands?
• Yes, we do! Please e-mail us at with your order and the shipping destination. We will get back to you with a quote for the cost of shipping.

Can I pay with a credit card?
• Sorry. We can only accept payments via iDEAL or PayPal.

I am not happy with the item I bought, can I return it?
• We cannot accept returns. If the item has a defect, please describe the problem and/or send a photo to . We will do our best to sort it out.

I placed an order and chose the option to collect at the festival, but I will not be able to attend. Can you ship the order?
• Yes, but we will ask you to pay the cost of postage.

Do I have to order via the website or can I also buy these items at the festival?
• If the items have not sold out, you can also buy them at the festival.

The item I like is not available in my size. Will other sizes become available later?
