Calligraphy originates from China. However, the Japanese created their own version, called shodo (書道). One notable difference is the use of the Japanese alphabet hiragana. During this workshop you will learn the basics of this art form, allowing you to express your thoughts, your feelings and your passion by using nothing more than a brush and ink.
Kalligrafie komt oorspronkelijk uit China, maar in Japan ontstond een eigen variant genaamd Shodo (書道). Het grootste verschil is dat daar het Japanse Hiragana alfabet voor wordt gebruikt. Tijdens de workshop leer je de beginselen kennen van deze kunstvorm, om zo je gedachten, gevoelens en passies vorm te kunnen geven met niets meer dan een kwast en inkt.
